Johnny graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. Based in Malaysia, he focuses on Technology recruitment across Southeast Asia, with a growing specialisation in Artificial Intelligence and a genuine belief that the best placements start with understanding people, and that the right tools make that possible at scale.
He is unashamedly AI-native, vibe coding, building automations, and leveraging tools like Claude, n8n, Zapier, Airtable and Softr to run a smarter, faster, and more data-informed recruitment process. Prior to joining Pinpoint Asia, Johnny was part of the team at Sunway, where he developed a strong foundation in understanding organisations and the people within them. His Psychology background only sharpens that instinct further.
When he's not connecting talent with opportunity, you'll find him on the badminton or pickleball court, which, incidentally, is not a bad place to have a conversation about your next hire either.
