Danny Kwan

As Director of the Hong Kong office, Danny brings over 15 years of dedicated IT recruitment experience to Pinpoint Asia. He leads our regional recruitment practice with a focus on high-impact Technology, Data, and Digital Transformation leadership.

Unlike traditional recruiters, Danny bridges the gap between technical complexity and talent strategy. Holding dual degrees in Software Engineering and Information Systems from HKU, he speaks the language of the candidates he represents. This technical foundation allows him to qualify talent at a deeper level—distinguishing true engineering leaders from the rest of the market.  

Leveraging a strong network of technology executives, Danny partners with C-Suite leaders at top-tier Investment Banks, Insurance Groups, and Tech Enterprises. He specializes in "hard-to-fill" mandates and executive placements—including CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Division — advising clients not just on who to hire, but on how to structure their teams for resilience and innovation across modern tech, AI, Enterprise Architecture, and Security.
