We're looking for an experienced Workplace Engineer to manage all activities related to endpoint computer and device-related projects. The role involves handling daily tasks associated with the workplace and Azure O365. The successful candidate will evaluate emerging technologies, and establish standards for endpoint users, computers, and IT workplaces across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize innovative technology to create tailored solutions that improve employee experiences and productivity.
Design and execute project plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and implement solutions.
Escalate challenging issues to higher levels of support.
Share knowledge via articles, training sessions, and discussion forums.
Cooperate with Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and support teams.
Carry out additional IT tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience:
At least 3 years of proven experience in helpdesk, Azure, O365, and workplace engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent field.
Expertise in Azure, SCCM, and Intune.
Experience with Office 365
Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., PowerShell) and technical writing.
Excellent communication skills in English
