Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for a VIP End User Support Engineer to join their technical services team. This role will be supporting their senior executives inside the firm. Great exposure working with some of the best people in the industry. Perm Position.
Provide high-level customer L1 IT support for Senior Executives, VIPs, and Board members.
Provide high-quality technical support including desktop computers, software, mobile devices, etc.
Manage regional video conferencing solutions including setup meetings, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Technical support including Real-time market data support, Mobile, VPN, and VDI.
Work with other technology teams for new technology solution setup and deployment.
Constantly evaluate the desktop service support model and enhance the service level with suggestions and changes.
Experience in providing high-quality desktop, helpdesk, or technical support in a professional service field.
Great experience in providing a high-quality end-user technology service.
Troubleshooting experience in Windows Desktop (10/11), MS Office, Apple Mac, Bloomberg, Zoom, Mobile Solutions etc.
Experience with end-user desktop technology project management including upgrades, implementation, and change.
Experience working in a trade floor or investment banking environment including Real-Time Market data support is a great plus.
Excellent customer service personality.
Excellent communications skill in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or IT-related Discipline is highly preferred.
