Join our client's dynamic Project Team focusing on the digital transformation of New Business (NB) and Underwriting workflows. As a UAT Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Straight-Through Processing (STP) and AI-driven automation initiatives. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through rigorous testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive UAT test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications for STP initiatives.
Identify, log, and track system defects; collaborate closely with Business Analysts, IT developers, and vendors to ensure timely resolution.
Create and maintain vital system validation artifacts, including test plans, test scripts, bug reports, and user guides.
Assist in testing advanced analytics and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., automated underwriting rules and decision support systems).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business users to facilitate User Acceptance Testing and provide post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition to live operations.

Experience & Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
Proven experience in UAT for Insurance Operations Systems.
Familiarity with the full SDLC process.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio).
Knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Jira, ALM) is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese).
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
