Transformation Project Manager - Leading Investment Bank - J12951

Our client is a leading investment bank in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive a critical transformation project.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the end-to-end execution of strategic business transformation initiatives by engineering comprehensive delivery frameworks and detailed milestones from conception to deployment.

• Orchestrate large-scale change management across multiple cross-functional workstreams, uniting business leaders, technology groups, and operational teams to achieve shared delivery goals.

• Maintain direct, hands-on accountability for program execution, actively drive everyday deliverables, dependencies, and risk mitigation.

• Facilitate complex alignment sessions across the front-to-back trade lifecycle to ensure seamless integration between trading desks, risk management, and settlement functions.

• Serve as a primary interface for executive-level stakeholders, delivering structured communications, progress reporting, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

• Diagnose project bottlenecks and structural dependencies proactively to implement rapid course corrections across disparate business lines.

• Bridge the gap between strategic business objectives and technical implementation, ensuring solution designs fulfill both commercial and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a robust track record of directing complex, large-scale transformation programs that involve the synchronization of multiple core business and technology divisions.

• Exhibit deep expertise in foundational project execution, including a proven capability to construct institutional-grade project plans

• Possess exceptional communication and gravitas, with a demonstrated history of successfully managing, influencing, and facing off against C-suite and senior stakeholders.

• Maintain a comprehensive structural understanding of the front-to-back institutional trading architecture and underlying operational workflows.

• Bring substantial capital markets experience, specifically within global investment banking or institutional asset management environments.

• Hold strong domain knowledge within Equities, Prime Brokerage, or Client Financing businesses, with deep familiarity in trading workflows and platform migrations.

• Display an elite analytical and execution mindset, characterized by the ability to remain resilient, structured, and delivery-focused within highly demanding environments.
