Key Responsibilities
Architect Performance-Driven UIs: Design and scale internal trading interfaces where latency and workflow efficiency are the primary objectives.
Cross-Functional Engineering:Â Partner directly with Quantitative Researchers, Data Engineers, and Stakeholders to transform complex logic into functional applications.
Advanced Data Visualization:Â Build sophisticated dashboards and real-time monitoring components using modern frameworks and visualization libraries.
Insight Integration:Â Embed analytical features into the frontend to allow for real-time statistical observation and data-driven decision-making.
Agile Iteration:Â Maintain a rapid deployment cycle, delivering high-impact features and optimizations in a high-pressure environment.
Code Excellence:Â Champion best practices by producing modular, well-tested, and documented codebases.

Core Requirements
Industry Expertise:Â 8+ years in professional software development, with a significant background in finance trading
Modern Frontend Mastery: Deep proficiency in React.js (or equivalent modern frameworks) and the broader JavaScript ecosystem.
Analytical Mindset:Â Comfortable handling front-end data processing, including aggregation, complex filtering, and statistical rendering.
Systems Integration:Â Strong grasp of asynchronous data handling, including WebSockets, RESTful services, and backend connectivity.
Dashboarding & Grids:Â Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade visualization tools (e.g., high-performance grid libraries and BI monitoring tools).
Delivery Focused:Â Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced "sprint" environment where time-to-market is critical.

Preferred Qualifications
Background in Python or Java for backend collaboration.
Experience working with Time-Series Databases and streaming data.
Nuanced understanding of trading lifecycles and financial data schemas.
