Our client is a leading financial institution with a sizeable investment fund operating in the region, we are seeking a talented and experienced Trading Platform Business Analyst (Vice President level) to join the dynamic and multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision, development, and implementation of trading platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including traders, technology, and operations teams, to analyze business requirements and propose innovative trading platform solutions.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the trading landscape.
Define and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements to enhance trading platform functionality and user experience.
Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure effective implementation of trading platform enhancements.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end-users on new trading platform features.
Monitor trading platform performance and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize performance.
Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to trading platforms and propose compliance solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis or project management within the financial services industry, with a focus on trading platforms.
Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and trading systems.
Proficiency in data analysis, visualization tools, and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
