We are seeking a Trade Platform Data Business Analyst / Product Owner with 5–8 years of experience to join the international team. You will lead the definition, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of trade data solutions—ensuring high data quality, seamless vendor integrations, and reliable distribution to client‐facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product backlog for trade platform data capabilities, prioritizing enhancements based on business value and client needs.
Collaborate with front‐office, operations, risk teams, and external vendors to elicit and refine requirements for order management trade data and product reference data.
Define and enforce data quality metrics, controls, and remediation processes across trade lifecycles.
Coordinate the ingestion, transformation, and enrichment of product data sourced from internal workflows and external vendors.
Drive the distribution of validated trade and reference data to downstream client platforms, ensuring SLAs are met.
Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives) and work closely with development, QA, and data engineering teams.
Conduct impact analyses for new data sources or system changes, and manage release planning with global stakeholders.
Produce clear documentation (user stories, process flows, data dictionaries) and deliver regular status updates to senior management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in financial services, with a focus on trade data and/or product reference data.
Hands-on experience with order management systems (e.g., Calypso, Murex, Bloomberg EMSX) and trade lifecycle data flows.
Proven track record managing external vendor data integrations and product data from business workflows.
Deep understanding of data quality frameworks, data governance principles, and metadata management.
Strong command of Agile methodologies, backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence).
Excellent English communication skills—able to engage and negotiate effectively in an international environment.
