Our client, an elite hedge fund, is looking for a Trade Floor Application Support to work closely with front-office traders to support the electronic trading applications. They adopt the follow-the-sun model and work with global teams. Perm position with great remuneration.
Responsibilities:
Provide applications support across Front Office order management, market data, risk systems, etc.
Work closely with front office users including traders and quants to provide technical and functional support and root cause analysis
Manage Application and Infrastructure changes and upgrades.
Requirements:
2-8 years of front office application support experience, covering Trading Systems, market data, exchange/ network Connectivity, Turrets, etc;
Good knowledge of UNIX/ Linux, SQL/ Oracle, Python and FIX protocol.
Excellent command of English, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
