Our client is a Blockchain Technology Company that provides digital assets infrastructure for financial services. They help institutions modernize their platforms and solutions using blockchain technology.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Trade Education: Educate customers on digital trade, regulatory initiatives, and platform adoption process.

  • Own the New Trial Programme: Develop and execute a trial program for new clients, continually improving it for success and automation.

  • Part of the Wider Sales Team: Make confident presentations, collect client inputs, perform product demonstrations, and collaborate to close deals.

  • Support Product Roadmap: Facilitate communication between customers and operations, help debug issues, and support technical due diligence process.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in related trade operations role

  • Experienced presenter with strong communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer service

  • Proven ownership of processes and team management

  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment

  • Preferably knowledge of trade finance business and operations

  • Preferably some programming experience

  • Knowledge of banking onboarding and KYC processes a plus
