Responsibilities:
Digital Trade Education: Educate customers on digital trade, regulatory initiatives, and platform adoption process.
Own the New Trial Programme: Develop and execute a trial program for new clients, continually improving it for success and automation.
Part of the Wider Sales Team: Make confident presentations, collect client inputs, perform product demonstrations, and collaborate to close deals.
Support Product Roadmap: Facilitate communication between customers and operations, help debug issues, and support technical due diligence process.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in related trade operations role
Experienced presenter with strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer service
Proven ownership of processes and team management
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
Preferably knowledge of trade finance business and operations
Preferably some programming experience
Knowledge of banking onboarding and KYC processes a plus
