The Role & Landscape:

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT business enablement frameworks across key business units.

• Partner with business stakeholders and IT leaders to identify strategic initiatives that enhance digital transformation, operational efficiency, and technology adoption.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align IT capabilities with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions into workflows.

• Manage the execution of enterprise-wide enablement programs, including training, change management, and user adoption initiatives.

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of enablement activities and report outcomes to senior leadership.

• Champion innovation by identifying emerging technologies and evaluating their potential to support business growth and operational excellence.

What We Are Looking For:

• University degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems or related fields.

• At least 5 - 8 years of experience within business enablement or transformation management.

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale digital transformation and change programs in complex, regulated environments.

• Candidates coming from a consultancy and transformation background within the financial industry are highly preferred.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior executives.

• Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
