Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Technology Adoption Specialist to join the Technology Services team. This individual will play a key role in driving the adoption and utilization of technology solutions across the end user group of the organization. By collaborating with stakeholders, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support, the Technology Adoption Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of various technology platforms.
Technology Implementation: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technology implementation projects. This includes assessing user requirements, developing project plans, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions to promote effective use of new and existing technology solutions. Develop training materials, user guides, and FAQs to support user adoption. Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any queries or issues that arise during implementation or post-implementation.
Change Management: Drive change management activities to ensure a smooth transition and user acceptance of new technology solutions. Develop and implement change management strategies, including communication plans, to minimize resistance and maximize adoption.
User Engagement: Proactively engage with users to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and monitor user satisfaction levels. Act as the voice of the user, relaying insights and suggestions to the development team to inform future enhancements and updates.
Technology Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new technology solutions into existing systems and processes. Collaborate with IT architects and developers to identify and resolve integration challenges.
Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technology adoption. Leverage technical expertise to provide recommendations on technology solutions that align with organizational goals and user needs.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology adoption, change management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and regulations.
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully driving technology adoption initiatives, preferably in a corporate environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
