Technical Project Manager - Financial Services

Our client is a leader in the financial services industry with a strong business track record and a sophisticated technology setup. We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join the team and drive technical projects focusing on system integration and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical resources onshore and offshore to ensure successful project delivery.

• Coordinate development efforts and system integrations, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

• Drive stakeholder engagement to gather and refine user requirements, ensuring these are accurately translated into technical specifications.

• Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within the financial services industry.

• Strong background in managing technical resources for development and system integration projects.

• Experience with pension-related systems is highly desirable.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
