Our client, a premier organization in technology solutions, is seeking a Technical Project Manager with expertise in enterprise applications and contact center solutions. This role is critical for managing and delivering end-to-end technology projects that align with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the building, deployment, and support of enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the Contact Center domain and infrastructure, including cloud networking.
Provide comprehensive support throughout the delivery and operational lifecycle, leveraging skills in software development, testing, and operational support.
Assume end-to-end accountability for products or services, developing optimal technology solutions that enhance the customer journey.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to define and drive product or service direction.
Work closely with Operations, Development, and Test Engineers to address operational issues during product or service releases and changes.
Lead efforts to automate the CI/CD pipeline within a DevOps team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
8-10+ years of experience delivering Contact Center applications or large-scale global cloud-based solutions.
Strong DevOps background with a focus on cost-effective product solutions maintained through the agile development lifecycle.
Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity for managing program delivery and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
Manage multiple related projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Respond promptly to user queries related to production issues.
Prepare estimates and delivery plans for all project phases.
Oversee day-to-day project activities and resources, and lead project team meetings.
Provide status reports on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating effectively with leadership and business units.
Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
