About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Senior Network Engineer to drive enterprise-grade network infrastructure projects. In this role, you will serve as a key technical subject matter expert, taking ownership of end-to-end deployments, complex troubleshooting, and technical documentation for large-scale corporate clients. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior staff and driving the adoption of next-generation networking technologies.

Responsibilities:
Lead and execute comprehensive network infrastructure implementations, migrations, and provide advanced troubleshooting support for enterprise-level customers.
Create, deliver, and maintain rigorous project documentation, including Low-Level Designs (LLD), execution plans, network topology diagrams, UAT scripts, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
Act as a technical mentor, providing hands-on coaching and guidance to junior engineering staff to elevate the team's overall capability.
Continuously evaluate and upskill in emerging industry trends, integrating cutting-edge networking technologies into existing service offerings.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on, progressive experience in enterprise network design, implementation, and support.
Deep expertise across routing, switching, wireless LANs, and firewall security. A strong track record working within Cisco ecosystems is highly preferred.
Solid command of core networking protocols and technologies, including STP, OSPF, BGP, IPsec VPNs, VxLAN, and QoS.
Professional-level certifications (e.g., CCNP or equivalent) are highly preferred. Expert-level credentials (e.g., CCIE) will be considered a significant advantage.
Practical knowledge or prior exposure to Software-Defined Networking (SDN) architectures and network virtualization (particularly Cisco ACI) is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
