Pinpoint Asia is searching for a high-caliber Technical Lead to helm a growing team of Data & AI Engineers within a premier global bank.

This is not just a coding role—it is a strategic leadership position. You will act as the bridge between executive stakeholders and an advanced engineering team, defining how the bank integrates Generative AI (LLMs), Data Modeling, and Security into its core business catalog.

Your Mission

• Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and define the technical direction for a team of 7+ engineers.

• LLM Governance: Pioneer the use of AgentEvals and Drift Detection to ensure Large Language Models remain accurate and compliant in production.

• Security First: Architect robust defenses against network attacks and systemic vulnerabilities, focusing on PII identification, document classification, and pattern matching.

• Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures (Data Lakehouse, RDBMS, NoSQL).

What You Bring to the Table

• Seniority: 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Science, with proven success leading agile teams.

• The Tech Stack: Strong-level command of Python, TensorFlow, and SQL/NoSQL design.

• The AI Edge: Hands-on experience with Embedding models, Classification algorithms, and deep learning.

• Communication: You can articulate complex architectural decisions to non-technical business leaders and build trust across departments.
