Our client, a leading life insurance company, is seeking an experienced and diligent Application Delivery Manager to oversee their platform revamp project. The successful candidate will be involved in Project Delivery, Solution Design, and Implementation, as well as Vendor Management and Support.

Responsibilities:
Drive the technical strategy and solution direction.
Manage offshore resources to ensure successful system implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and provide regular project updates.
Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and evaluations.
Monitor the technical delivery timeline and project deliverables.
Review technical specifications to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Prepare project documentation.
Conduct code and system integration testing (SIT) reviews to ensure quality deliverables.
Monitor and assess vendor management quality.
Analyze technical issues and propose cost-effective solutions.
Ensure all deliverables and systems comply with applicable standards and guidelines.

Requirements:
University or college degree in Computing, IT, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
Deep understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases.
Solid full-stack experience with ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and the Drools framework.
Experience with cloud technology and implementation is preferred.
Knowledge of claims operations is highly desirable.
Experience working in an agile environment with Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English (fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is ideal).
