Our client, a leading insurance company, is currently looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to join their team.
Responsibilities:
To maintain close communication with business users and IT teams to deliver new solutions that are applicable to business.
Manage the delivery team for technical design & implementation for solution delivery.
Bring in the agile framework in the solution delivery process.
Manage sprint planning and execution which includes the management of project progress and providing status & visibility.
Responsible for the delivery of solutions mainly to support the finance team and actuarial team.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience
Hands-on experience in solution delivery and system delivery in the insurance or finance industry
Excellent planning skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of technology in frontend & backend development, API, DevOps, Data Lake, etc.
