Technical Business Analyst, Leading Financial Institute

Our client, a leading financial institute, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical business analyst to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our cloud infrastructure while supporting our global operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud server management, system administration, and technical support, with a keen focus on security and collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the technical team to identify and promote cloud platform adoption across the organization.

• Liaise with users in local markets and technical support teams for cloud server operations, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Conduct technical analysis to translate business requirements into solutions aligned with organizational goals.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English and Japanese to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.

• Create detailed technical documentation in both English and Japanese, including system design and user guides.

• Assist in managing cloud-related projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to objectives.

• Provide training and support to end-users on cloud platforms and tools to facilitate adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in IT, computer science, computer engineering or related

• Solid business analyst experience for technical projects in a sizable organization

• Certifications in Azure or AWS are preferred.

• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
