Technical BA/PM, Cloud Project - Leading Financial Company - J12867

Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for an IT support officer to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Transformation Project Management: Manage cloud transformation and automation projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring milestones align with corporate strategic goals.

• Requirements Architecture: Gather technical and business requirements from cross-functional teams, translating complex operational needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.

• Cross-Team Synchronization: Work closely with technical teams in cloud operations to drive alignment on transformation objectives, keeping both business units and IT engineering in perfect sync.

• Automation & AI Integration: Identify optimization opportunities within legacy cloud workflows to introduce automation and AI-driven solutions (such as AIOps), minimizing manual operational overhead.

• Stakeholder Reporting: Act as the primary conduit for project updates, risk tracking, and status reporting to project sponsors and senior leadership.

• Process Modernization: Analyze existing cloud server operations and infrastructure deployment patterns to recommend modern Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience working as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or within a dedicated Cloud/DevOps team.

• Direct experience participating in cloud infrastructure setups, system migrations, or AI-driven projects.

• Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS).

• Familiarity with cloud server operations, CI/CD pipeline concepts

• Basic understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) and AI/AIOps frameworks.

• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Fluent in English and Chinese

• AWS/Azure certifications, or professional credentials in DevOps, automation, or Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP) is preferred
