The Role & Landscape: Stepping into this high-visibility position, you will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge tech solutions that drive the firm’s core wealth and pension business objectives.

• End-to-End Delivery: Orchestrate the delivery of complex digital projects and web/mobile applications from inception to completion, aligning technical execution with strategic business goals.

• Cloud Transformation: Oversee large-scale enterprise cloud migration initiatives, ensuring robust performance and security of cloud-based wealth applications.

• Architecture & Integration: Spearhead API design and development initiatives, utilizing Java/Spring frameworks to implement best practices for seamless, cross-platform integration.

• Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Cultivate transparent relationships with executive stakeholders while mentoring cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT sector, with at least 5 years operating in a senior managerial or technology delivery capacity.

• Domain Expertise: Mandatory background in the Wealth and Pension/MPF industry, with a strong understanding of current regulatory and technological trends (e.g., eMPF integration).

• Technical Foundation: Deep hands-on background in Front-end and Back-end development utilizing Java/J2EE, Spring, and RESTful APIs, coupled with vast experience in cloud migrations.

• Certifications: Relevant industry cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and outstanding communication skills. Must be fully proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
