Systems Platform Engineer (M365/ServiceNow) -  Leading Financial Institution

Our client, one of the leading financial institutions here in Hong Kong, is now keen to meet with and hire a Systems Platform Engineer to join their team and help implement, deliver, and support their Windows platform as they look to transition to M365.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Windows platform infrastructure including Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, etc

  • Hands-on installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and deployment.

  • End-to-end project management including feasibility study, planning, implementation, and delivery of projects.

  • Support Help Desk on any ServiceNow-related issue.

  • Perform system implementation, monitoring, capacity management, and support.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 6+ years of systems administration/support and engineering in a large, enterprise environment.

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange; as well as migrating from on-premise infrastructure to O365 is a must.

  • Hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform such as system configuration, workflow automation, administration, and reporting is a plus

  • Prior technical support experience for the infrastructure environment of a large and sizeable enterprise / organization

  • Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or AliCloud / Google is preferred.

  • Experience writing code/scripts and CI/CD (DSC) would be a plus

  • Banking and/or Finance experience is a big plus.

  • Good communication skills in English (plus) and Cantonese (must).
