Systems Analyst (Java | Manufacturing Sector | System Design | Hybrid | International Exposure)

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage software architecture aligned with corporate IT standards and business strategy

• Gather user requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and perform on-site surveys

• Develop, implement, and deliver robust application services to support daily operations

• Ensure application performance, stability, and continuous improvement

• Explore emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, including 3 years in system analysis and design

• Hands-on expertise with J2EE, JavaScript/AngularJS, Spring, and Perl/Python scripting

• Familiarity with ERP, ESB, RDBMS, BI/DW, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese)
