The Role & Landscape:

As a Systems Analyst within the Corporate Services Tech Team, you will partner closely with technical leadership to deliver robust IT solutions that directly impact business growth.

• Lead the end-to-end solution implementation, from user requirement studies and system analysis to design, testing, and production rollout.

• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across corporate workflows, ERP platforms, and enterprise billing operations.

• Take on a consulting and technical leadership role, managing external vendors, business partners, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

• Lead and mentor the support team in maintaining critical corporate IT systems.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of solid IT experience, specifically in requirement study, system analysis, rollout, and vendor management.

• Proven track record working with corporate systems such as ERP, complex billing platforms, and enterprise workflow engines.

• Strong hands-on technical background with ServiceNow, Oracle Database, MS SQL Server, JavaEE, and SharePoint.

• Excellent understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, with exposure to Cloud and AI technologies.

• Professional certifications in Software Development, Scrum Master, or Project Management are highly advantageous.

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
