System Analyst (Web Platform Delivery & CMS Management) - J12525

Join our specialized website delivery team as a System Analyst, where you will serve as the technical orchestrator for a premier aviation hub’s digital presence. This is a high-impact, "Small PM" style role where you will manage the Corporate Website along with a diverse portfolio of mini-websites, ensuring they remain secure, updated, and world-class.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the Corporate Website (OpenText TeamSite) and various mini-websites (Umbraco / WordPress), overseeing vendors.

• Vendor & Code Governance: Review vendor code submissions to ensure quality and perform security patch management to keep our platforms hardened.

• Change Management: Act as the bridge between internal customers and vendors—translating change requests into technical requirements, obtaining quotes, and managing the PR (Purchase Request) process.

• Project Coordination: Lead the delivery of enhancements and new builds, from requirement grooming to UI/UX acceptance and final production roll-out.

• Security & Compliance: Validate hosting configurations (Azure/AWS), coordinate penetration tests, and ensure all digital assets meet strict information security standards.

Who You Are

• The Seasoned Analyst: You have 4–6 years of experience (System Analyst level) or 3–4 years of experience (Analyst Programmer level) in web application development.

• Technical Savvy: You have a solid grasp of J2EE/JSP, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SQL Server.

• CMS Specialist: You are comfortable working within OpenText TeamSite, WordPress, and Umbraco.

• Reliable & Stable: We value longevity. We are looking for a committed professional who isn't "jumpy" and wants to grow with a major organization.

• Effective Communicator: You can manage local vendors effortlessly with your fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
