System Analyst (Documentum/ ECM) - Prominent Finance Firm

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst for a prominent finance firm client. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience with Documentum or other Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products. This role is crucial in supporting the department’s content management initiatives and ensuring that our ECM systems are optimized for efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement ECM solutions to meet the business needs.

• Provide technical expertise and support for Documentum or other ECM systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ECM solutions.

• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of ECM applications.

• Maintain and administer ECM systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to ECM processes, configurations, and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to content management.

• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of ECM systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5-8 years of working experience, with a focus on Documentum or similar ECM solutions.

• Strong understanding of ECM principles, including document management, workflow automation, and content archiving.

• Proficiency in system integration, configuration, and customization of ECM tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience in the financial or regulatory sector is a plus.
