Synthetic Equity IT Delivery & Governance Lead - J13228

A leading global investment bank is seeking an experienced IT Delivery & Release Governance Lead within their Synthetic Equity technology team. Sitting on the trading floor, you will act as the primary release gatekeeper and CAB Chair for the synthetic execution chain. This is a high-visibility governance and coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Chair the Change Advisory Board for the synthetic trading platform

• Manage end-to-end changes across client order routing, FIX Protocol messaging, exchange execution, and post-trade booking systems.

• Lead post-incident reviews in governance meetings to track root-cause remediation and update business roadmaps.

• Coordinate across Front Office Traders, Structurers, Operations, Risk, and Engineering leads.

Requirements

• 8+ years in IT Delivery, Release Management, or Senior Business Analysis within Investment Banking.

• Strong background in Synthetic Equity, Delta One, Portfolio Swaps, or Total Return Swaps (TRS).

• Experience with Fidessa or similar systems, FIX Protocol, and trade lifecycles; basic Linux/Python skills for log investigations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
