About the Client: An established enterprise in Hong Kong expanding its microservices architecture. They are actively building out their platform reliability functions and need a hands-on engineer who can transition their infrastructure operations from manual support to automated SRE practices.

The Role & Landscape:
Administer production Kubernetes environments, handling application deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
Investigate production incidents, run root-cause analysis, and deploy corrective actions.
Audit vendor deliverables—including technical docs, source code, and deployment materials—to enforce internal security guidelines.
Script in Python and Bash to replace repetitive manual operational tasks with standardized workflows.
Provide essential support outside standard office hours for scheduled maintenance and critical incident handling (compensation leave provided).

What We Are Looking For:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
At least 3 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on enterprise system support or application implementation.
Solid, practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes operations (configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring).
Proven scripting skills in Bash and Python.
Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is mandatory.
