Solution Architect - Leading Financial institution

Our client is a leading financial institution, they are looking for a solution architect to design their future technology transformation solutions for their key technology platform. This role will report to their Chief Architect and potentially grow within the organization as a key influencing technologist.

Responsibilities:

• Champion Transformation: Lead the charge in designing cutting-edge solutions for our digitalization platforms, driving innovation and transformation across the organization.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative solutions that align seamlessly with our business objectives.

• Modernize Technology: Oversee the seamless integration of legacy technology systems into sleek, modern digital platforms, ensuring a smooth transition.

• Architectural Leadership: Develop and uphold architectural frameworks and standards that set the benchmark for excellence in system design and implementation.

• Mentorship & Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to our talented junior team members, helping them grow and excel in their roles.

Requirements:

• Extensive Experience: Around 8 years of professional experience in solution architecture within a dynamic financial services environment.

• Enterprise Expertise: A proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives within in-house enterprise settings.

• Design Mastery: Strong expertise in solution design for digitalization platforms, crafting solutions that stand out.

• Dynamics 365 Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 is a major plus!

• System Integration Savvy: In-depth understanding of integrating legacy technology systems with new digital solutions.

• Problem-Solving Ace: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
