Our client, one of the leading investment banks in Hong Kong, is now keen to meet with- and hire a bright ServiceNow Executive to join their team to assist and support ServiceNow as they ramp up their coverage of the platform across the region.

Responsibilities:
Implement, administer, configure, and develop on the ServiceNow platform. Provide daily support to users for established workflows on ServiceNow.
Build and develop necessary workflows based on user requirements collected from the Business Analyst.
Participate in the full development lifecycle, including coding, system testing, UAT, and deployment.
Assist in the annual upgrade of the ServiceNow version.
Build ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and other statistical analysis data for senior management.
Provide support and administration for SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
Update content on the corporate website
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related discipline); or comparable industry experience.
Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of development experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell Script and/or SQL.
Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
On-the-job training for the ServiceNow platform will be provided.
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese.
