We are seeking a dedicated Senior Web Application Developer to join a cornerstone organization within Hong Kong’s financial infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Drive the full SDLC—from gathering complex user requirements to designing, coding, testing, and deploying robust applications.

• Build and scale new strategic business initiatives while ensuring existing systems operate at peak performance.

• Act as the escalation point for critical emergency production incidents, providing high-level troubleshooting and fire-fighting support.

• Produce clean code, solid system specifications, and comprehensive documentation to ensure long-term system health.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of mission-critical system development using Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, XML/XSL, and SQL.

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Vue.js, Jasper Reports, WebSphere (MQ/WAS), and Oracle/DB2.

• Prior experience in iOS/Android development (Swift, Objective-C, MVC, or UI/UX design) is a significant plus.

•  A strong background in Schema design or DBA experience (Oracle/DB2) is highly desirable for database-centric roles.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
