Our client, a top-tier investment bank, is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to serve as a principal technical advisor within their transformation portfolio. This high-performing individual will partner with business domains and product owners to shape technical direction, design end-to-end architectures, and ensure all AI-enabled solutions align with the bank's overarching platform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with domain leads to define AI roadmaps and ensure all designs align with corporate standards, scalability goals, and strategy.
Blueprint architecture patterns for RAG, prompt management, and agent-based workflows; advise on the optimal use of GenAI, ML, and automation.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, providing "build, buy, or extend" recommendations and leading design reviews.
Facilitate cross-domain consensus on architecture decisions and communicate dependencies, risks, and technical trade-offs to product owners.
Integrate security, data privacy, model governance, and auditability controls into every solution framework.
Promote the use of reusable components and safely scale AI solutions from initial pilot to enterprise-grade production.
Qualifications
10–15 years in enterprise solution architecture or systems design, ideally within a heavily regulated financial environment.
Practical, hands-on experience integrating Generative AI technologies into corporate ecosystems.
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, data platforms, microservices, and APIs.
University degree in a relevant field; exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Background in wealth management or private banking; experience with enterprise AI platforms and governance frameworks.
