Senior Rust Developer

As a Senior Rust Developer, you will be at the forefront of building and optimizing high-performance trading systems. You will work closely with quants, traders, and infrastructure teams to develop robust, scalable, and low-latency solutions that power our clients' trading strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge developments in crypto trading and blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize low-latency trading systems using Rust

• Build high-performance, scalable, and fault-tolerant software solutions

• Implement efficient data structures and algorithms for real-time market analysis

• Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to refine execution strategies

• Ensure security and reliability of smart contracts, wallets, and blockchain integrations

• Conduct performance tuning, profiling, and debugging of mission-critical systems

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing

• Stay updated on advancements in crypto, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Rust and systems programming, we would also consider candidates with a C++ background with a touch of Rust experience.

• Experience with high-frequency trading (HFT) or low-latency systems is a plus

• Candidates with Gaming or other relevant industry experience would also be considered.

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and smart contract development

• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems

• Understanding of network protocols and concurrency principles

• Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, and cloud infrastructure

• Ability to work autonomously and in fast-paced environments

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in crypto trading, traditional finance, or fintech

• Exposure to market data feeds, order execution, and risk management

• Familiarity with C++, Python, or other relevant technologies

• Experience with DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, or automated market makers
