The Role & Landscape:

• Take full ownership of the test strategy, planning, and execution for critical post-trade systems.

• Act as the senior QA lead to design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks.

• Deliver structured testing support across business-as-usual (BAU) changes and parallel project streams in a fast-paced production environment.

• Work closely with business users, operations teams, and IT colleagues to translate functional requirements into practical testing approaches.

• Ensure all testing activities comply with strict internal IT controls, SDLC standards, and audit expectations.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of QA experience within an investment bank, securities brokerage, or similarly regulated environment.

• Strong domain knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income post-trade operations, encompassing trade booking, confirmation, and settlement instruction processing.

• Deep understanding of SWIFT messaging protocols and complex reconciliation processes.

• Proven technical ability to build automation solutions from scratch using Java, SQL, Cucumber, Selenium, Postman, and JMeter.

• Hands-on experience with industry-standard trade settlement systems and performance testing methodologies to measure latency and throughput.
