The Role & Landscape: You will operate as the critical bridge between the executive boardroom and elite technical engineering teams. This is not a standard delivery role; it is a strategic advisory and execution mandate where your influence will directly dictate enterprise data investments.

• Executive Advisory: Partner actively with C-suite stakeholders, steering committees, and governance forums to secure alignment, funding, and strategic prioritization for enterprise data initiatives.

• End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Own the full lifecycle execution of multi-million dollar data projects, including modern data platforms (Lakes/Warehouses), Data Governance frameworks, and AI/ML implementations.

• Strategic Translation: Distill highly complex technical data concepts into compelling, ROI-driven business narratives (revenue growth, cost efficiency, risk mitigation) for non-technical leadership.

• Change & Adoption: Drive the organizational change management required to foster a deeply data-driven culture, ensuring high adoption rates of new analytics platforms across global business units.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 15+ years of robust IT Project/Program Management experience, with a heavy, proven focus on enterprise data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Executive Presence: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated track record of influencing, negotiating with, and aligning C-level executives without direct authority.

• Technical Acumen: Deep conceptual understanding of modern data platforms (Cloud Analytics, Data Lakes, AI/ML) and enterprise architecture.

• Methodology: Mastery of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe are highly preferred.

• Domain Knowledge: Previous experience within Financial Services, Digital Banking, or similarly complex, highly regulated enterprise environments is strongly preferred.
