Ready to chart the course for a massive digital ecosystem? We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to navigate the full product lifecycle and build the digital bridge connecting the office teams, remote users, and key stakeholders. In this role, you will integrate AI-powered capabilities into a flagship platform that supports a massive operational scale of over 25,000 global users.

What You’ll Do:

• End-to-End Design: Own the full design process across web and mobile—from initial research and information architecture to high-level concepts and detailed designs.

• Build the Blueprint: Strengthen and evolve our core Design System to maintain quality and ensure component consistency with developers.

• Research & Analytics: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews and Google Analytics (GA4)-driven usage analysis, translating insights into actionable design strategies.

• AI & Innovation: Create AI-first workflows and advanced data visualization views that elevate user efficiency, reduce operational costs, and support tactical decision-making.

• Mentor & Lead: Mentor junior designers, manage project timelines proactively, and inspire cross-functional partners by showcasing best-in-class UX.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 4–7+ years designing complex, multi-platform systems in UX/Product Design

• Portfolio: Strong evidence showcasing systems-level thinking, research-led decisions, and measurable, KPI-aligned UX outcomes

• Core Skills: Expertise in Figma, component-based design, research planning, usability testing, and behavioral analytics

• Executive Presence: A proven ability to present and defend your design decisions to senior stakeholders using clear storytelling

• Modern Tech: Confidence with (or a strong motivation to learn) AI/LLM-driven workflows to accelerate prototyping, ideation, and pattern generation

• Bonus Points: Experience designing data visualization dashboards or mobile-first solutions, familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and a Bachelor’s degree in HCI or Design
