The Role & Landscape:

• Portfolio Leadership: Take the helm of a massive Digital Distribution Portfolio, ensuring all strategic tech initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Agile Transformation: Champion and scale a "two-in-a-box" operating model, coaching business, IT, and vendor teams to fully embrace MVP and Sprint-based delivery frameworks.

• Governance & Orchestration: Establish rigorous delivery cadences, facilitate C-level steering committees, and maintain seamless integrated project plans utilizing Planview, Jira, and Azure DevOps.

• Risk & Vendor Management: Proactively identify, own, and mitigate risks across multiple workstreams while managing multi-million dollar vendor budgets, software licensing, and commercial milestones.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the ultimate bridge between business owners, data architects, security, compliance, and regional tech teams to ensure uncompromised environment readiness and post-release hyper-care.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 10–15 years of proven, battle-tested experience in IT Program/Portfolio Management, specifically within large-scale, complex environments.

• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of distribution channels (Agency, Broker, Bancassurance) within the insurance or broader financial services sector.

• Methodology Mastery: Hands-on expertise in Agile principles with a proven track record of driving organizational transformation and engineering change management.

• Technical Literacy: Strong proficiency with modern project and portfolio management tech stacks (Planview, Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional executive presence and business acumen; capable of seamlessly interacting with C-Suites and senior stakeholders.

• Language: Flawless Trilingual communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
