Our client, a renowned investment bank, is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst. You will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support services to users based in Hong Kong, Singapore, and other major locations in APAC.

Responsibilities:
Provide front-line support for all workplace technologies and related requests
Offer a customer-focused service in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to solve issues reported by users
Actively follow up on the escalated tickets to make sure issues are being resolved within the SLA standards

Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in a technology or customer-facing role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines
Previous experience working for a sizeable banking corporation would be an advantage
Prior experience in using or supporting MS Windows, M365, and Apple mobile devices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment with proven follow-through and issue ownership
Proficient in Cantonese and English verbal Communication
