Responsibilities:
Leading several IT Operations teams and SOC members to deliver round-the-clock, uninterrupted services.
Suggesting new technological solutions or advancements to improve the IT services monitoring.
Ensuring service level agreements are met through constant monitoring of the systems.
Directing initial diagnosis and arranging suitable remediation to minimize service disruptions.
Managing and organizing support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks.
Overseeing online security for users and networks and addressing security breaches when necessary.
Leading the creation of detailed operational SOPs documentation for various systems.

Requirements:
A university degree in computer science, information systems, information security, or a related field.
15 years of relevant experience in IT or the Cybersecurity domain, with proven experience in leading a sizeable team.
Proven ability to manage technical staff and promote teamwork in the workplace.
Good knowledge of security technologies.
Proficiency in risk management and incident response.
Possess a certification in cybersecurity such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, CompTIA Security+
