Senior Frontend Web / JavaScript Developer - Digital FinTech Platform

Our client is a Global Financial institution with a strong reputation in the market, they are at the forefront of financial technology, offering innovative solutions to a worldwide audience.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Web Developer with a strong background in modern JavaScript. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing highly responsive user interface components and contributing to our core library and design system. You will work closely with the global technology team to enhance the front-end architecture and support innovative user interface concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highly responsive user interface components to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Architect and implement front-end solutions to support complex user interface concepts.

• Contribute to and maintain our core library and design system to ensure consistency across applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build advanced responsive layouts.

• Utilize modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks, particularly React.js, to enhance application functionality.

• Implement UI architecture and design reusable components and frameworks.

• Conduct browser-based debugging and performance tuning to ensure high-quality user experiences.

• Integrate REST APIs and handle JSON data effectively, adhering to Test Driven Development (TDD) and coding standards.

• Ensure familiarity with HTTP protocols and optimize web server performance, concurrency handling, and caching mechanisms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in modern JavaScript and TypeScript development.

• Strong understanding of data structures and their application in UI development.

• Proficiency in modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks, with a preference for React.js.

• Experience in building advanced responsive layouts and UI architecture.

• Solid experience in browser-based debugging and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and Test Driven Development (TDD).

• Understanding of HTTP protocol, web server performance tuning, concurrency handling, and caching mechanisms.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
