My client, a prominent financial institution, is hiring a Senior Project Manager to aid in their FinTech initiatives and application system development.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of application system development professionals
Project scope, progress, cost, resources, and stakeholder expectations management to ensure the delivery is within schedule and budget
Evaluate system effectiveness, oversee maintenance, and drive enhancements
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure project timelines and deliverables meet high-quality standards

Requirements:
University degree in computer science or related field
At least 15 years of experience in IT, ideally some years within the financial industry
Prior hands-on experience in system development, design methodologies, and incident management
Familiarity with Blockchain infrastructure, Web application development, Microservices, Cloud services, Container and Orchestration tools, and DevOps
Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is a must
