The Role & Landscape: As a Senior SAN Engineer, you will be the technical authority for a sprawling, complex Storage Area Network environment. Working within a highly specialized infrastructure team, you will:

• Architect & Deploy: Design, integrate, and scale multi-vendor SAN solutions focusing on Dell, Pure, Cisco, Brocade, and HPE technologies.

• Optimize & Maintain: Proactively manage capacity planning, patch management, and performance tuning to ensure absolute maximum uptime and efficiency.

• Drive Replication & DR: Spearhead disaster recovery and replication initiatives leveraging SRDF (S, A & AR) and Time Finder Snap/Clone methodologies across high-tier arrays (VMAX/PowerMax).

• Fabric Management: Oversee and troubleshoot complex logical fabrics, VSANs, ISL, and NPIV using DCNM, SAN NAV, and FOS.

• Technical Leadership: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex root-cause analysis, leading SAN-related project deliveries, and acting as a bridge between internal teams and external vendor partners.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Enterprise SAN engineering and administration.

• Core Arrays: Proven mastery of managing and troubleshooting enterprise-grade storage arrays, specifically Dell VMAX-3 / PowerMax, Pure Storage, and HPE systems.

• Fabric & Virtualization: Deep, demonstrable knowledge of SAN fabric, zoning, LUN masking, storage virtualization, and Brocade/Cisco networking.

• Replication Expertise: Extensive working knowledge of enterprise replication and cloning technologies (Time Finder Snap/Clone, SRDF/S, A & AR).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a closely related technical discipline.

• Elite Certifications (Highly Desirable): Dell EMC Proven Professional, Pure Storage Certified Implementation Engineer, CCNP, and/or HP ASE.
