Our client, a leading insurance group, is seeking a Project Manager with digital technical experience for their IT Project Management team in the web and digital space. The successful candidate will lead the technical aspects of projects and collaborate closely with both business and technology teams. Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital customer platform projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while effectively communicating progress to stakeholders.
Oversee the development and implementation of digital features that enhance customer experience and engagement.
Facilitate Agile project management practices, ensuring a responsive and adaptive project environment.
Analyse project performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimisation of the platform.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, securing buy-in and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
8+ years of working experience in the project management area.
Proven experience in managing and delivering digital product features for insurance or financial institutions.
Project Management methodologies in Agile.
Strong interpersonal skills with various senior stakeholders.
Industry knowledge in Insurance or Banking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) communications is essential.
University graduate with a Master's or Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Finance, IT, or other related disciplines.
