Our client is a leading retailer operating in Asia and Europe markets, is currently seeking an experienced IT Security & Risk Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing global Cyber Resilience Technologies, with a specific focus on Access and Network Security. Your main task will be to provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, aligning their efforts with the overall team strategy. Additionally, you will oversee various technology and process projects, ensuring their successful implementation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities and threats within the organization's systems and networks.

  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate cybersecurity risks and ensure the resilience of our IT infrastructure.

  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents, alerts, and threats in a timely and effective manner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security controls and measures to protect sensitive data and information.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the company's security posture.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on cyber risks, incidents, and mitigation strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience and knowledge in Information Security / Cybersecurity / Technology Risk Management.

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).

  • Proficiency in conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security incident response.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
