About the Client: We are partnering with a top-tier global digital services and consulting firm. They are currently leading a massive digital modernization program for a highly visible Hong Kong enterprise that provides essential services to millions of customers. This team focuses on modernizing core legacy infrastructure and streamlining heavy transaction processes.
The Role & Landscape: You will be embedded directly onsite with the end client, acting as the critical bridge between complex business operations and technical delivery teams.
Analyze and optimize heavy business processes, specifically focusing on Enterprise Customer Information Systems (CIS), high-volume Billing cycles, Revenue Collection workflows, and Asset Management.
Drive requirement-gathering workshops and map out current/future state processes for intricate legacy systems.
Produce robust documentation including BRDs, FRS, user stories, and process flows.
Support large-scale ERP and core system transformation programs from initial design through SIT and UAT.
Actively manage senior stakeholder expectations, mitigate project risks, and untangle cross-functional dependencies.
What We Are Looking For:
5 to 7 years of hands-on Business Analysis experience.
Proven domain knowledge dealing with complex billing, revenue cycles, or enterprise asset management (experience in highly regulated or critical infrastructure environments like telecoms, mass transit, or utilities is highly preferred).
Strong foundation in creating standard BA documentation and conducting stakeholder workshops with non-technical business leaders.
Solid analytical skills with a track record of mapping and solving complex operational bottlenecks.
Bonus points if you have: Experience with large-scale SAP billing modules or a strong background in client-facing consulting.
