Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test strategies.
Execute and analyze automated tests to ensure product quality.
Identify, record, and track defects in the testing process.
Conduct performance and load testing to ensure scalability.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in automation.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in automation and testing.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG).
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Chinese dialect (Cantonese or Mandarin).
Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
