Senior APAC IT Infrastructure Engineer - Top Financial Institution - J12881

Responsibilities:

• Take comprehensive ownership of the regional Wintel server environment, maintaining, patching, and optimizing critical virtualization platforms (Citrix and Nutanix).

• Architect and administer the M365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) and support ongoing integrations across enterprise cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

• Serve as the final escalation point for complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues across APAC, providing white-glove service to regional users and VIPs.

• Drive proactive security measures, managing identity lifecycles, performing phishing triage, and maintaining least-privilege access protocols.

• Autonomously lead regional IT upgrades, vendor negotiations, and business continuity strategies in alignment with global head office directives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of deep, hands-on experience in complex systems administration and high-level regional IT support.

• Absolute proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

• Proven track record in engineering and troubleshooting Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops and Nutanix environments.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the maturity to operate independently. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse, multilingual APAC user base.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; conversational Cantonese or Mandarin is highly advantageous for regional collaboration.
