Ready to build mission-critical AI for the C-Suite?

Our client is a globally diversified, privately held group headquartered in Hong Kong. They are currently scaling AI as a core, mission-critical capability across their global operations.

We are looking for a highly autonomous Senior AI Solutions Engineer to sit directly in the CEO’s office. In this hands-on builder role, you will turn ambiguous executive problems into dependable software, AI-enabled workflows, and decision-support tools. This is not a theoretical research or prompt-only role; you will extract data, build useful applications, and ship production-grade solutions that directly improve executive productivity and decision speed.

What You’ll Do:

• Agentic AI & Data Pipelines: Design and build autonomous agents and data pipelines that pull, structure, and synthesize information from internal systems and external data platforms.

• Executive Dashboards: Build reliable interfaces, backend services, and APIs that provide clear, low-latency insights to drive high-level strategic decisions.

• Prototype to Production: Rapidly prototype bespoke AI tools for the CEO, and operate MLOps/LLMOps pipelines (packaging, versioning, deployment, monitoring) to mature successful prototypes into production services.

• Scale & Secure: Anchor system reliability and scalability by applying security-by-design principles, implementing shared platform capabilities (secrets management, CI/CD pipelines), and collaborating with wider tech teams on governance and runbooks.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience as a software, platform, AI, or data engineer with a track record of delivering production-grade tools.

• AI/LLM Expertise: Real-world experience deploying AI capabilities, including familiarity with agent frameworks, RAG, vector stores, and tool orchestration.

• Core Engineering: Strong Python skills for backend services and data handling, plus practical cloud engineering experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Production Discipline: Strong grounding in CI/CD, testing, infrastructure automation, and MLOps/LLMOps disciplines.

• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Mathematics, or a similar technical discipline.

• Bonus Points: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), ML tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow), and a background in building tools for senior executives or high-consequence decision environments.
