Our client, a major enterprise with a sophisticated Data Lake and Analytics Platform, is looking for a Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master for the Data Analytics Platform, you will be responsible for facilitating agile scrum practices and ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects. Responsibilities:
Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more agile development teams working on the Data Analytics Platform, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices.
Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and scrum practices, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to identify and address potential bottlenecks, risks, and impediments.
Collaborate closely with product owners and business stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and goals of the organization.
Remove any blockers that are hindering the progress of the development team, leveraging your strong problem-solving skills to drive effective solutions.
Monitor and track the progress of sprints, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software products and features.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by empowering team members to identify and implement process enhancements, promoting a relentless focus on quality and efficiency.
Act as a servant leader, promoting and facilitating collaboration, communication, and transparency across the development team and with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
Strong understanding and experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and the ability to tailor them to fit the needs of the team and organization.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software development projects on time and within budget.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.
Relevant certifications such as SAFe, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are strongly preferred.
Prior experience in the data analytics or big data industry is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
Proficiency and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence tools
